We enjoyed this elite hotel, no complains at all. The location was marvellous and fantastic, near a nice beach, the mountain, and the main promenade. Ate at Ksimeroma, it's approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue.

Rich and above average breakfast — a great selection of meals. Local meal and excellent service.

The staff are efficient and deserve a 4-star rating. Make sure to get twin/double room with a big balcony, the photos in the hotel's website, for example😀😃

Plus, the hotel offers a range of activities during the day, including stretching and aqua aerobics. the hotel provides a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Some front desk staff had very poor and rude attitude and where extremely slow at checkin and checkout. The so called "business centre" consisted from two ancient computers with loads of dust on them. I've stayed in many 5 stars hotels across Europe, U.S.A. and Canada and this hotel unfortunately has a 5 star status but doesn't even come close to other 5 star hotel standards..!!!

Τhe lay out, architectural design of the buildings, enlarged free space between the buildings, easy parking in front of the hotel, green environment, large swimming pool.

Not very satisfying cuisine, beyond expectations for a five star hotel. On the other hand, very satisfying breakfast, open from 7,15 to 11 a.m.!

My husband and I had been touring the pelopponese.this hotel was the last of our stay,beautiful large room with exceptionally comfy four poster bed.private beach and large pool.all you could want from a short seaside stay.room good,but room service plates not removed until next day!

Initial reception at hotel was very good with the staff eager to help, and it got even better as everything was no problem, it was just a matter of asking and receiving. I travelled with my elderly father and they made us both feel very welcome.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, right on the beach and just a short drive down the mountain to the town. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making sure that all of my needs were met. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I could ask for. I especially loved the balcony, where I could relax and enjoy the view of the pool and beach. The service at this place was top-notch, from the room service to the car hire and dry cleaning. I felt completely pampered and well-taken care of during my stay here.

We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful location of the hotel, just a short walk from the beach. The pool area was fantastic, with a great pool bar/restaurant where we enjoyed delicious food and drinks. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We also appreciated the abundance of good restaurants close by.

Despite some minor issues mentioned by other guests, we had a great experience at Grecotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the hotel offered excellent facilities such as a large outdoor pool and comfortable sun loungers on the beach.

The staff was extremely positive and friendly. Also the garden in the middle is extremely nice and a great place to sit and have a coffee.

I believe I should have been told that the pool was not in operation until May.

The room is spacious and wonderful, comes with a patio overlooking a garden, a big balcony, as for instance. Very professional and attentive staff provides an exceptional service. The restaurant serves appetising Greek food.

Although the location of the hotel in Kalamata is not a bustling tourist destination, it provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.
